PU floorcoating systems

Marothaan is the worlds first wear‑resistant floor coating that can be seamlessly applied in trailers and other vehicles. Even 30 years after its introduction, the quality of the product is still light‑years ahead of the competition. Marothaan coating is applied in liquid form and is fully self‑levelling. This results in a level, wear‑resistant floor with low rolling resistance (ideally suited for pallet lorrie and roll containers).

Marothaan floors are highly resistant to chemical products and meet the requirements for food transport. Simson supplies the coating in three colours (grey, white and blue). Application does not require any specialised equipment. Marothaan floor coatings can be combined with an anti‑slip layer.

The Marothaan system has also been developed to meet the demand for low-noise floors. Current legislation imposes strict limits on the level of noise nuisance produced during the loading and unloading of trucks in residential areas. Marothaan has been tested extendedly in real-life situations and has been declared to be in conformity with the latest Piek guidelines.
