Welding Week Trade Show

In the context of the four-yearly trade show “Welding Week”, the Flemish Plastics Centre organised a theme day, “INNOVATIVE TRENDS IN ADHESIVE TECHNOLOGY” from 18 to 21 October. Welding Week is an exhibition that provides an overview of the current offerings in the Benelux of products (equipment, substances, chemicals) and services that can be employed for welding, joining and cutting metals and plastics.

The Bostik Benelux locations are collectively closed between Christmas and new-year

Bostik is closed from December 27th 2011 until January 1st 2012. From Monday January 2nd we will start working again and we are there to answer all your questions again. Jan Veenstra, first European Adhesive Specialist in the Netherlands

On 29 April 2011, our colleague Jan Veenstra obtained the imposing title of European Adhesive Specialist. Together with four other Dutch people, Jan Veenstra is one of the first European Adhesive Specialists in the Netherlands. But what is a European Adhesive Specialist and what does he do exactly? We have asked the specialist Jan Veenstra to explain it to us.

Exclusive farmhouse radiates class because of professionally bonded natural stone

Decorating a farmhouse in authentic style, that was the question that interior designer Hein van de Voort from de Nieuwe Steentijd Someren got. In his striking design, he chose to use exclusive natural stone in almost every room. Tile bonding company Eddie Donker from Someren was chosen to take on this project. They deliberately chose the use of Ardal products. “The quality is high and the are easy to process. Furthermore Ardal offers excellent support and advice. Advisor Jan de Bresser has delivered some great ideas that benefitted the project at some critical moments. In such a specific project that expertise is of great importance.”

Bostik Golf Open 2011

On 2 September 2011, it was time again for the 7th edition of the annual Bostik Golf Open! The event took place at the Burggolf Haverleij golf complex in Den Bosch. On this tropical day, Bostik was able to welcome 105 participants.

Green in Motion, the Bostik initiative

In October 2009 Bostik presented its Green in Motion initiative for the first time at the Busworld exhibition in Kortrijk Belgium. For some months we were working on creating a brochure which would capture Bostik’s greenness in all facets of business developing innovative bonding and sealing solutions for the Transportion industry. Now the initiative has been expanded with a brand new Green in Motion website www.greeninmotion.net.
