The central contact service for customers looks after the complete commercial process relating to offers, orders and invoices. In addition, you will also receive answers relating to available stock, deliveries and other logistics concerns. Questions about service and guarantees can also be answered here.

The customer will always receive a quick and targeted answer, because each staff member is completely at home in his/her specific areas of expertise. If an issue is more complicated, they will immediately involve the appropriate team of specialists within Bostik.
